‘Win with henkel’ (the “Promotion”)
The “Buy & Win” Henkel Home Fresh Raffle Draw Promotion (“The Promotion”) is valid from 25 April to 5 May, 2025 across the United Arab Emirates.
Promotion is available to all residents of the UAE, having a valid national identity or Passport, excluding in-store promoters, all and any subsidiary or affiliate companies of Henkel Company, and any other individuals/groups involved in this promotion.
Participation Conditions & Promotion Mechanism:
1. To participate in the promotion, Customers must purchase any Henkel Home or Laundry Care products from Carrefour Stores across United Arab Emirates
2. The Customer must scan the QR code (that can be seen on the in-store promotional materials in the outlet), visit www.Henkelhomefresh.com, and follow the instructions for the Promotion by filling out the online registration form entirely with his/her correct personal & purchase details: Full Name, Email Address, and Phone number.
3. The Customer must upload online at least (1) picture of the full valid printed receipt with the purchased product(s) name, receipt/invoice number, and the date of purchase visible and readable.
4. Shoppers get a chance to win a Samsung S25 (5G) 256GB 12GB RAM or a Dyson Cordless Vacuum Cleaner or MAF Vocuhers.
5. To be eligible, the purchase must be done within the period of the promotion between 25 April- 5 April 2025 (Both dates inclusive). Submissions are open from 25 April, 2025, at 00:01 am until 5 May, 2025, at 11:59 pm. After this date, no more participation will be possible, unless the Company decides to extend the validity of the Promotion.
6. The employees of Henkel, affiliate companies, and their immediate family members (parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings, in-laws -mother, father, brother, sister, daughter, and son- and spouses) are excluded from the Promotion. Any participation of these persons in the Promotion in violation of this term shall be considered automatically void.
7. At any stage of the Promotion, if usage of unlawful methods or cheating by a participating Consumer is discovered, the same will result in disqualification and ban of further participation of that Participant from the Promotion. The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows a Consumer to automatically enter the competition is prohibited.
Winners Eligibility
1. The Winners will receive a confirmation email once they win with details of the prize
2. Winners are requested to present valid ID, Original invoice/receipt of their proof of purchase of the Henkel Home & Laundry Care product(s).
3. Prize Collection Period: The winner will receive their prize within 30 days from the draw date.
4. The Company shall not entertain any claim by the Winner(s) citing problems of a technical malfunction of his/her computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, or software while claiming the prizes in case if he/she is a lucky Winner.
5. If any Winner is subsequently found ineligible/illegal to participate in the Promotion, the Company may, at their sole discretion, forfeit or reclaim the prize and award or dispose of the same in such manner and to such person as it deems fit.
Raffle Prizes Conditions:
1. Prizes are non-transferable and are not subject to refund, division, or exchange for any other item or cash.
2. Prizes will be awarded “as is” and the Company makes no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, in fact, or law, concerning any prize, its use, value, or enjoyment.
3. Colors of the prizes are subject to availability.
4. The MAF Vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of issue.
5. The Draw Date for the promotion will be held on 8th May 2025.
6. Winners will have to collect their prizes from FLC Marketing Group Office (2005, Grosvenor Business Tower, Dubai , UAE)
Other Terms:
1. By participating in this Promotion, Customers agree with the privacy of Henkel. Henkel is responsible for the collection, processing, and use of personal data of the Customers. Henkel will use the personal data of the participants only within the scope of the legal provisions of the data protection law. Henkel will store, process, and use the information only insofar as this is necessary for the performance of the contest, or if the Customer has given his/her consent. This also includes the use for exercising the granted usage rights. Henkel will only use the data for the performance of the Promotion. Afterward, the personal data of Customers will be deleted. The Customer can at any time request information on the data stored for him / her. In the case of a prize, the winner agrees to the publication of his / her name and city of residence in the advertising media used by Henkel. This includes the announcement of the winner on the website of Henkel and its social media channels.
2. Participation in the Promotion constitutes the Customer's consent for the Company and its affiliated companies to use his/her name(s), personal information, and/or any statements made by him/her regarding the Promotion and advertising purposes only without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. All information shall be handled and used in accordance with relevant data protection laws and the Company’s privacy policy.
3. The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, cost, or expense whatsoever, including without limitation to, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with the participation in the Promotion, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of the prize.
4. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of being carried on as planned, due to without limitation :- infection by any computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, the act of God, war (whether or not declared), political coup or insurrection, rebellion, labor dispute, fire, epidemic, storm, flood, typhoon, explosion, legal enactment, government directive, order or regulation, any law or regulation having the force of law or any other reason or cause beyond the control of the Company, which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Company, to the fullest extent permitted by law, reserves the right after getting government approval in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion and to disqualify any Participant who tampers with the Promotion and/or the entry process. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer software and/or equipment, failure of any e-mail account, or any combination thereof.
5. The Promotion and these terms and conditions are subject to the law and regulations in force in the UAE. The decision(s) of the Company in connection with all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and non- appealable. In case of any dispute or difference in respect of or in connection with the offer herein, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding on all concerned.
6. The Company reserves the right to amend, cancel, or withdraw in part or full all conditions of this Promotion including the right to substitute any prize for an item of equal value after getting government approval.
7. By participating in this Promotion, Customer acknowledges that he/she has reviewed and accepted the above Terms and Conditions.
